When I went to Nuneaton over Christmas, my brilliant friend James showed me how to make bread. Not fancy bread, just a plain white loaf that you can use for sandwiches across the week.
Except it wasn’t just a plain white loaf, it was BLOODY DELICIOUS and soft with a gorgeous hard crust, and I’m salivating just thinking of it.
Please let me know if you give it a go. It was utterly incredible, and I intend to follow his recipe soon even if you guys don’t.
